Refund policy
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our general policy, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund.
